We had our bad internet cable replaced by Spectrum. Their tech told us to have an electrician out to complete the service; i.e., running cable in the wall because they don’t do that and water sealing or proofing, whatever, the pipe at the top of our roof.

Even though this was something your electricians typically don’t do, they called the office, got instructions on proceeding, and your electricians (and your company) went above and beyond to help us out.

I think any other electrical company would have just said they don’t do that, but I choose Leone because they are so well respected within our community, and my experience has always been that I’m dealing with total professionals. You never disappoint.

So thank you for giving a neighbor a break and going the extra mile for us. I really appreciate it.
